Disappointed
I used Gin and Lou Moving to move from NM to MD and they lost half of my belongings. They are expensive and they took 7 weeks to deliver my items.
The front desk clerk, Renee is extremely rude. I wrote a review on the BBB website and she had the audacity to call my cell phone and call me a *** she verbally harassed me over the phone. Told me to remove the BBB review immediately.
Im pretty sure thats iilegal, for a company to force a customer to remove a BBB review. Do Not Hire Them.
