Have not been able to reach anyone

Gilroy Gardens - Have not been able to reach anyone
I bought season passes but have not recieved the confirmation email that includes the ticket I only have a payment confirmation. I have reached out several times via phone, email, Facebook and now it cost me 735 dollars that has already be charged but I have no email or anything. I wouldnt recommend because if something goes wrong there is no one to reach out to.

Compaint about customer service - Impressive awful

Show up to the park around 4pm. Bought 3 annual passes earlier today as my family was excited to go there.

(Me, my wife, and two sons). We were there for maybe an hour after enjoying some rides, we were hungry and decided to get some food.

We decide to go to the Sleigh Shop and order some food: Combo basket (tender, corn dogs, and fries), order of Garlic Fries and Fried Pickles. I use a $30 voucher and charged the remainder on my card. I was then giving one of those vibrating things to notify me when my order was ready (no receipt).

After watch multiple people walk away with similar orders, and about 40 minutes; I decided to go ask about my order (whole family was getting a tad hangry at this point).

When I asked Tatyana if she could check on my order, she smirk at me and walked straight back to the register. I then asked Rapashi if she could check on it (she was the one that rang me up). She said absolutely, no problem. She processed to go on her break and take off without giving me an update.

I decide to jump back in the ordering line (thinking that was the only way I was going to get someone attention), and Tatyana was there and got some gentlemen from the back.

After about 5-10 minutes of him trying to find my order in the system, he proceed to tell me that he would have to call a supervisor for any type of help. (he said he couldn't find it).

A blonde lady with glasses (really wish I got her name), came up and said...I am sorry, you want a refund? My response was: I mean, I would really like my food but whichever is quicker. She gave me a credit back.

I said so you are the supervisor and complained about Tatyana and Rapashi to her, supervisors response, " I am sorry, all I can really do is talk to them."

Do you expect anything to change?

I asked if there was a corporate office I could reach out to and I was told to go to the "Welcome Center" to formalize a complaint.

Went I get down to the welcome center there were two ladies, maybe 19 years old (if that). I asked, where I can formalized a complaint.. She said right here. My response, is there a supervisor that I could speak with.

Her response, we have a group of supervisor and whichever one can come first will. My response was: So pretty much the girl that just gave me the refund? Her response, yeah...people in the food area are really new.

Please let me know where I am missing on the expectations? I worked at Gilroy Gardens (my first job :) ) I understand that most of the workers there, its their first job as well.

(No problem with that, we all have to start somewhere.

but are these the standards now?

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need more information about the complaint. Like I mentioned earlier, we just bought the annual passes, if we miss the mark on expectation of a good family experience; please let me know and I wouldn't mind getting a refund there as well.

I hope that this complaint doesn't just fall on deaf ears...
