Useless customer service

I did not get the plan to work and I have never had such an unhelpful support staff. One message was exchanged daily, which was annoying as I was needing internet connection and there was no solution - I would reply as soon as I could.

That's not good at all for a worldwide service.

First I was asked to send screenshots (sure, fine). Then, more screenshots (also fine). But then is started to get weird: I received answers like "there is no eSIM connected to your account" (although I received prior confirmation that it was, and I sent screenshots of the purchased plan), then (again, all in separate mails, one day apart!) "your plan expired in February 2026" (wait, it's 2025 now so is this a joke?), "your plan does not work in Serbia" (I sent the location in Montenegro, and by the way, the plan details say it should work in both those countries - I sent a screenshot of that too - no response). Eventually, at the end of my holidays, I gave up and asked for a refund (which I received) and compensation because I am sure I will never try GigSky again or recommend it to anyone, unless I receive free credits on my account and it works well on my next trip - why else would I take the risk of another no internet vacation?

The reaction to that last request was almost rude, especially considering the prior unhelpfulness: "Now, we noticed your plan for Europe wasn't used, and we refunded it as requested which is only fair. Now, we can't provide you with that extra you are requesting from us, yet we invite you to stay tuned with our webpage and take advantage of one of the many sales we launch through the year." Really, did theyeven realize what was going on?

Are they looking to lose customers?

And then, as a final joke, I received a message from the GigSky app saying that my eSIM plan had ended as the 7 days were up. I never managed to activate it,..how could it have ended?

I am extrememly dissatisfied and I think that they need some hard work to fix your support staff - or GigSky will not survive for long.

I paid for Internet service through Gigsky in June 8th and I never received service up to this date.
