Report your complaints to Her Local District Attorney's Office

She has been scamming people for years and people don't know what to do. You need to find out what County she lives in/business is in - in RI - Then submit all complaints to her county District Attorney's Office. They are the legal way to get the ball rolling in prosecuting her. With enough complaints then they can send her to court & she will be prosecuted. I can't believe she is still in business! Reporting her to business bureau or police is a waste of time. Only THE County in which Gigi's Glitzy Boutique can prosecute her or put a stop to her. You need to submit her name & her husbands name, along with the business name or she will just re-open under her husbands name.

She has stolen $720 from be, $300 from Elisabeth Corbin Fuller , Tara Edwards, Andrea Rodrigues, Rebecca Duffy, Tisha Serrano, Jen Tuirok, Kelly Danyo-Bodziak, Jenn Fredette, Amy Fortin, Lora Acciardo Palys, Hillary Smith, Lisa Garcia Magiera, Kim Neufeld and these are only a few!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have done everything, Filed a Dispute with PayPal, Reported her to the BBB, Filed with IC3, went to Local Police Department, and filed with the Police Dep in Road Island back in Oct 2014. Their number is 401-826-**** REFERENCE no 14-1****. Her name is Angela & Justin Stanley and her home is worth over $400K. 38 Audubon Ln, Hope RI 02831. (401) 615-**** She is also suppose to be the manager at Bed Bath and Beyond there!

AT $720....this should be a felony. Why wont anyone do anything?

Only a proper investigation will prove otherwise. I find it humerous myself as a jilted customer of Gigi's that after all my emails, facebook comments Etc that were ignored by Gigi's that just now after customers are taking a stand Gigi's decides to correspond after many excuses we have been told.

You don't shut a business down temporarily when you have customers to serve. I have no sympathy for someone who uses their kids as excuses. I have all my receipts and no product after apparently she claims everyone received their orders.

You can say anything to try to make people happy but actions and prompt it no orders at all speak volumes. Why are all these people complaining then??

I am humored and saddened by this review, as a loyal Gigi's customer for over 4 years with ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. This women had the nerve to right a review slamming this company and posting up private information such as home phone numbers and address?

I get in this day and age it's easy to get that information but there is absolutely no need for that in a review. If you have issues this extreme (so you say) take it up with the right people and take care of it privately. This is cowardly, vendictive and just plain wrong. Reading this makes me think it's just a poor pathetic women who has no life and is miserable just trying to make others as miserable.

I think worse of the person writing this then I do about the company it's about, this person is clearly lying and making a show of herself. Very sad.

As for Gigi's I'm sad I can't buy from them anymore my daughter loved the store when it was open and had loved everything we ever bought. Good luck Angela in the future and hopefully you will be back in business again!

The customer who wrote this review has been refunded by paypal and also received her product and on multiple occasions didnt even remember ordering the product that she did receive from us we would have to email her pictures of her ordering the product. She has harassed our customers and forced us to have to take down our facebook page because she is taking emails off of our site that customers left to place orders to email them and make us seem like we are not trying to get customers back there money.

She has even made it so our paypal account was shut down which had now closed the month process we had going with our chargeback against the supplier for us to get our money back so it has now made us have to start it ALL over again and not be able to even look up a customers order. We tried our best to answer emails through the last two months but sadly our daughter was very ill and we were trying our best to answer through sell phones inbetween treatments.

90% of the information above is not even accurate but to put someones personal info in an email when they have children is very dangerous. Many of my customers who recieved this email will be filling claims for taking personal info that they were not authorized to do, owning a store herself this customer should know that is not right.

They told me it was stuck in customs because of the size but yet I have still never seen tracking showing it was in customs. I have given them more money in custom fees out of my own personal money just to try and get some kind of product and still nothing. The BBB isnt not helping you they just see where my hands are tied. I myself opened up a dispute with them but I am having an issue because it is international.

If you email me I have no problem letting you know how it is going. I am in the process of trying to find a lawyer to help me fight this that deals with international purchases. It had nothing to do with trademark like you have posted and I understand your upset and you have the right to do what you want but posting all over facebook and slandering me is not going to make these suppliers give me your or my money back. So the best way to stay in contact with me is through email.

I have nothing to hide I can keep you in the loop you just have to allow me the opportunity to do so.

I promise I will either get your product or get your money back , I wish I had an exact date but I do not. Angela

Return Policy Review

I ordered a two piece outfit from this site, it came after 23 working days and when it arrived it was nothing like the picture and was of very poor quality, I had emailed for a refund prior as it had gone over delivery date stated, I did get a return address but have still not received my refund after nearly 2 weeks of sending this item back to them! They will no longer reply to my emails either!

I had ordered frozen items along with many other families and did so for Christmas gifts for my daughter. was told they were stock in customes as it was said on FB page. Many people complained wanted refunds no response from her. so I emailed on multiple occasions posted on her fb wall demanding response to email nothing! Scam artist buyers beware!!!!

I had the same negative experience along with so many others. A proper investigation into this matter on both ends will reveal all.

The truth always comes out in the wash! If your going to run a business you don't use your family for excuses especially when they are on your Instagram!

We did shut down our business during the months of November-December as our daughter was still in and out of the hospital and we needed to focus on her health. Im sure if you are a mother yourself you can understand my decision.

If it was ready to ship items, my husband specifically went home one day from the hospital to get all out before Christmas.

If we didnt then it means we did not receive the paid receipt on our end, which sometimes happens if you put in a different email then what we sent the invoice to. Please just send us the paid receipt and I will get it taken care of asap.

Funny you say that Angela because PayPal paid you. I ordered leggings of the frozen characters and purple frozen dress.

People who got items complains of horrible cheap material not worth what you charged. My credit cards were charged I tried to contact you mutilple times to resolve issue you never responded. You were selling other items while those Frozen items were stuck in "customs." You took orders in October an when the heat was on you is when you disappeared. You didn't announce you were shutting down.

You told people to please understand will take you a while to go through emails because of daughters situation. Constantly blamed customes all through Nov. and possibly Dec. Lot of people got tired of waiting and got upset.

You ignored my emails. I e-mailed you three times. I commented on your posts on your page mutilple times you ignored them! Good business would be for you to contact ME to fix situation not other way around.

Your a scam artist!! You maybe a mother as am I but you took people's money an never gave them there items! Family is family and business is business. Mine orders for frozen items were Christmas and birthday gifts for my daughter!I wanted a REFUND as my emails stated.

There are many who didn't get items they ordered.

You could of replied and you didn't. I hope everyone sees you for your true colors!!

I had good experiences in previous years with purchasing through her store. Since it closed and I've ordered online it's been a mess. I ordered and PAID for something in May 2014 and have yet to receive it! So upset and the poor me email I got from Angela was the icing on the cake. I would not recommend nor will I ever do business with her again.

I'm sorry you feel this way, the away message was so that while my daughter was getting treatment and I am not able to respond as quick as I use to in previous (like when we had the store open) I didn't want you to not get a response at all. Im sorry that upset you more.

We are trying our best to get money back for any orders that either came in to us not as described and poor quality from our supplier or never came to us.

We were strung along as well and even paid more shipping thinking items were stuck in customs. Again it is a horrible situation for all involved and we will get a resolution.

I'd like proof of the hospital visit and the customs issues, I'm sure you have some paperwork you can scan in and show everyone. Not that it will fix everyone's issues, but I've seen an awful lot of your comments involving some different excuse each time. Maybe you could provide some proof of these excuses..Instagram pics do not lie...

I cannot say anything about all of the other comments on this page BUT i did want to share my experience... I shopped at Gigi's glitzy boutique several times, both before Angela opened the physical store and after. Everything i ordered always arrived as described and on time. I always felt that Angela was very friendly and cared about her customers... She was always on the lookout to create or bring in more boys items for me.

Ordered two jumpers from Glitzy Boutique. They didnt arrive, so after 14 days. I sent them many emails requesting answers to where my parcel is or when I can expect a delivery. There isn't a contact telephone number so I couldn't just call and speak to anyone's from Glitzy. And lots of people on Glitzy's Facebook page had also commented that stuff they'd ordered hadn't arrived. I had no reply' to my emails I reported it to PayPal and opened a dispute. After a few days I got full refund. and still Unfortunately still no reply from the vendor. Although disappointed because I really liked the jumpers I'd ordered, I was glad to have my money refunded. I would suggest tho any buyers if PayPal is offered then to. Please I urge buyers ALWAYS to use PAYPAL. There's no quibbling and no nonsense money back guarantee. ( no I do t work for them, I just shop safe.) I Hope Glitzy boutique see this and fix the issues with their ordering procedure. Kind Regards Chrissy Hough

I am curious Mrs stanley...you want the respect of your customers yet you do not respect them!! You said you closed down your business for 2 months, but you did not have the common courtesy of announcing that to your customers??

Why ?? Do we not deserve to know that after we purchased product from you and in trusted our money that we would recieve the merchandise in a reasonable time? Also I believe in the only email we received you stated that you had a lawyer, now you are looking for one? Which one is it?

It's terrible that your daughter is ill, but I as a mother would not be announcing that to everyone as it is my personal business, but I would inform my customers that I am having personal issues which is causing me to fall behind not ignore, delete or block paying customers from my website. Poor business practices!!

More excuses! Honestly!

When I order from any other online company I get my products not lame *** lies and excuses that I care nothing about. If anything you are saying is true, comments would have been responded to on Facebook and emails responded to but comments were deleted and people were blocked from the Gigi's fb page for asking where their products were. You can lie all you want but the real story will come out.

The past speaks volumes. Like a bankruptcy...

We did send an email to everyone involved that we had multiple packages from our supplier of over six years lie to us and tell us there was a customs issue and they never sent us the product and also some product was sent but was horrible quality and i refused to send it out to customers. So if you did not recieve that email I am sorry but we sent it and even have an away message up on our email as we are just a facebook boutique, we do not even have a website we cut back drastically and with our daughter being sick we decided to close completely as of 2014. I am happy paypal was able to resolve your issue.

I dont always see everything paypal does once a dispute is opened. Again I am very sorry we normally do not operate like this but we sadly were scammed ourselves.

Funny this is all still going on...I ordered something in May and never received it...after numerous emails and being blocked from the Facebook page I finally got an email with an apology and excuses about customs, but never a refund!

Gigis Glitzy Boutique - Poor Product Quality Review

I can't even express my disappointment. After Angela closed her storefront in RI I attempted to support her business by sharing her items on FB. When she had frozen sales (when no one could get their hands in anything frozen related) I along with a dozen family and friends ordered items. She put a disclaimer up that these would take several weeks (some items were 6, others were 8) but nearly 10-12 weeks later we still haven't received anything. Only with numerous complaints an badgering Her did we finally get our orders which were HORRIBLE quality, in damaged packaging, with no proper consumer labeling. When we contacted her (numerous of us did) she would style that "no one else has complained" yet we were all discussing with one another. She flat out lied to us, numerous times, in writing. She has since been reported to both Disney and Consumer Protection for selling potentially harmful (lead containing) chinese products. After complaining too many times she has blocked me from her page so that I am unable to warn others. BEWARE!!

The same thing happened to me, although I never actually received my product! Very poor service, and she came highly recommended. I feel horrible for the people that are still giving her money, and since I am blocked from her FB page, I can't warn anyone!
