She has stolen $720 from be, $300 from Elisabeth Corbin Fuller , Tara Edwards, Andrea Rodrigues, Rebecca Duffy, Tisha Serrano, Jen Tuirok, Kelly Danyo-Bodziak, Jenn Fredette, Amy Fortin, Lora Acciardo Palys, Hillary Smith, Lisa Garcia Magiera, Kim Neufeld and these are only a few!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have done everything, Filed a Dispute with PayPal, Reported her to the BBB, Filed with IC3, went to Local Police Department, and filed with the Police Dep in Road Island back in Oct 2014. Their number is 401-826-**** REFERENCE no 14-1****. Her name is Angela & Justin Stanley and her home is worth over $400K. 38 Audubon Ln, Hope RI 02831. (401) 615-**** She is also suppose to be the manager at Bed Bath and Beyond there!
AT $720....this should be a felony. Why wont anyone do anything?

WOW, back in 2015! What a cheating scammer Angela Stanley is.
To lie and say her kids are sick to get money out of others.
First her daughter, not her son. Angela fails to tell everyone that she lives in a $400,000 home.
SELL YOUR HOME LADY, AND PAY EVERYONE BACK THEIR MONEY!
Only a proper investigation will prove otherwise. I find it humerous myself as a jilted customer of Gigi's that after all my emails, facebook comments Etc that were ignored by Gigi's that just now after customers are taking a stand Gigi's decides to correspond after many excuses we have been told.
You don't shut a business down temporarily when you have customers to serve. I have no sympathy for someone who uses their kids as excuses. I have all my receipts and no product after apparently she claims everyone received their orders.
You can say anything to try to make people happy but actions and prompt it no orders at all speak volumes. Why are all these people complaining then??
I am humored and saddened by this review, as a loyal Gigi's customer for over 4 years with ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. This women had the nerve to right a review slamming this company and posting up private information such as home phone numbers and address?
I get in this day and age it's easy to get that information but there is absolutely no need for that in a review. If you have issues this extreme (so you say) take it up with the right people and take care of it privately. This is cowardly, vendictive and just plain wrong. Reading this makes me think it's just a poor pathetic women who has no life and is miserable just trying to make others as miserable.
I think worse of the person writing this then I do about the company it's about, this person is clearly lying and making a show of herself. Very sad.
As for Gigi's I'm sad I can't buy from them anymore my daughter loved the store when it was open and had loved everything we ever bought. Good luck Angela in the future and hopefully you will be back in business again!
The customer who wrote this review has been refunded by paypal and also received her product and on multiple occasions didnt even remember ordering the product that she did receive from us we would have to email her pictures of her ordering the product. She has harassed our customers and forced us to have to take down our facebook page because she is taking emails off of our site that customers left to place orders to email them and make us seem like we are not trying to get customers back there money.
She has even made it so our paypal account was shut down which had now closed the month process we had going with our chargeback against the supplier for us to get our money back so it has now made us have to start it ALL over again and not be able to even look up a customers order. We tried our best to answer emails through the last two months but sadly our daughter was very ill and we were trying our best to answer through sell phones inbetween treatments.
90% of the information above is not even accurate but to put someones personal info in an email when they have children is very dangerous. Many of my customers who recieved this email will be filling claims for taking personal info that they were not authorized to do, owning a store herself this customer should know that is not right.

I have opened up disputes and credit card reversals on my end for the amount of money that was taken on my end and product never recieved. They are fighting me saying that because I dont have product in hand and that I am past the 45 days that I cannot as well open up reversals. It is thousands of dollars. Trust me if I had the $720 to give you back I would in a heart beat just to make this all go away but I as well as you put the money up front to pay for the items so I am out close to $35,000 JUST IN THAT ORDER OF DRESSES.
They told me it was stuck in customs because of the size but yet I have still never seen tracking showing it was in customs. I have given them more money in custom fees out of my own personal money just to try and get some kind of product and still nothing. The BBB isnt not helping you they just see where my hands are tied. I myself opened up a dispute with them but I am having an issue because it is international.
If you email me I have no problem letting you know how it is going. I am in the process of trying to find a lawyer to help me fight this that deals with international purchases. It had nothing to do with trademark like you have posted and I understand your upset and you have the right to do what you want but posting all over facebook and slandering me is not going to make these suppliers give me your or my money back. So the best way to stay in contact with me is through email.
I have nothing to hide I can keep you in the loop you just have to allow me the opportunity to do so.
I promise I will either get your product or get your money back , I wish I had an exact date but I do not. Angela
This day and age everything is public information so don't post anything online ever if you don't want it on the front of the local paper. Everyone knows that!
