Trying to contact them
I've been trying to contact Gigantic tickets today, it's the day before I go to a Noel Gallagher High Flying Birds Gig, I've been ringing their customer service (that's a laugh) line all day and the phone rings about 6 times then cust off, what a shambles of a company.
User's recommendation: Leave well alone.
