I have not received my gift card. This is the second time that the card has been sent. I still haven't received it.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

If i could would give a 0 Had the audacity to disallow me a refund without even claiming the product.

Sent giftya to friend and friend can't access it
Sent order # GYC-112**** to a friend in England and she couldnt redeem it. Tried to get hold of a technician but couldnt reach anyone in person.
The virtual help is a joke.
I hate that I just wasted $105. I try to fill out the following proof of purchase and it disappears every time I try to upload the info.

I am transitioning from an old job to a new job. And I have to use a rash here at the present time in order to get to you in front of work.
But you nothing else I had to solidify my way financially and utilizing a little bit soon to be the most promising. With this consideration, my best friend sent me a gift card via Giftya.
I thought it was the most awesome thing because she didn't have to travel out her way to bring me money and I didn't have to try to get that money until it's hard or anything it just seems a lot of time. She that is sent to me and I saw it and I was a lost as you how to connect it. It's $40 needed to be applied to my Lyft Cash account.
So I was trying various links within the website as it directed me or let me to you from the email information but I wasn't seeing anyway to get that mone directly into my account. Any other way that was offered was going to take three to five business days and I needed it immediately.
Needless to say I saw the way to contact customer service because it lately said get help and I got help. In this situation a wonderful customer service person answered and she walked me through the process and I was able to link that $40 to my account and I felt like a genius. I had another friend send me another one cuz they want to make sure that I made it.
This friend sent me $20.
I was gracious and appreciative and I was trying to do the $20 like I did the $40 but it wasn't working and in the more that I failed in my attempts to make it work the more agitated I became. I elected to do as I previously had done when I called and spoke to the nice lady. I called customer service and customer service who looked at my account and told me oh it's only $20 and you can't do that like a $40 say what now!?!?
There's no way to get any access to this funds because I had you activated realizing one of my cards I was so pissed because I have to wait two to three days before that to occur so I'm thinking maybe if I called your service the only thing he did was infuriate me. He tells me that when my friend sit the 20 she got a message to let her know that that would not be at I to my Lyft account.
No my friend is not a MIT computer technician and she was struggling trying to just do that to send it cuz she was looking at me.
So how would you know that if there was not some red letter or something I'm going to my account. He just kept repeating what was already said I had to snap. I said I am just conveying this information so you make suggesti, as I am right now, to the powers that may be on your employers at Giftya. As I continue to suggest, the more he kept rebelling the same thing.
I was speaking on my half of those who were doing something nice and they may not know what you look for and that situation. Hint hint look at the amount of me involved percent and see if they are in variables that you may need to consider that you trying to help someone you want to make sure you're doing the right thing via this certain outletfor medium. Medina asked well how about I said that to her.
Oh he got a little bit ramen bunches and saying, "oh you cannot do that". At this point, I had already activated the card and put it on a card that I would have the money on it in the next couple days.
But I was standing in the intimate friend who was trying to do something nice and she was unaware of that because she's not technologically inclined but she knew how to do that she did that for me. And he just didn't care about how it affected her. You're two sides to every trend financial transaction one who's sending and one who's receiving and if the media do which it is being transferred it's not as he please still looklpful as possible, it could be severely from that.
And that's what that last person was. The first lady was awesome second guy he is less to be a desired.

Preferred solution: I would like a gift card from my friend who was doing the best she could for me but because she got no true understanding of how much you had to send in order for me to use.
