It sounds like I had the same problem as everyone else. I ordered a personalized baby gift which was to be sent to the hospital. As soon as I submitted my order I got an email that said there may be problems delivering to hospitals as their orders go through the shipping and receiving department. 20 minutes after I placed my order I sent them an email providing them with an alternative address. I ordered a fruit basket for my wife's birthday. The day of the birthday at 4:00 pm I get an email saying they can not find a person to deliver the basket. This company is a joke, choose anybody but them for fruits or flowers. I have the email where they said ordered cancelled, they did not even bother to call me. Common business practice would provide a call to warning your package will not arrive. I see they have lots of complaints so I guess... Read more

I was contacted from Elisha Nelson who ask if I was going to send a basket this year, when i said maybe, she offered to send me a 20% off coupon. When I used the link, the basket I sent the year before was not discounted ! I called ,they told me it is selected items only. I ordered a $160 gift basket for my mom's birthday which is essentially a champagne bottle with a fruit basket and other snacks. I made sure to ask if the fruits would be fresh along with the snacks and the lady on the phone said "yes, they always deliver it fresh!" michael: I am extrememly upset.. michael: this order shows it was processed on Sat, 11/12 the delivery did not occur until Sun 11/13 - after the event and mid day. We paid high price for this service and it did not happen. We want atleast 1/2 of the cost refunded. Our daughter was supposed to be suprised at her baby shower, how disappointing. Whom ever the florist was falsified the delivery information. We have more than 10 witnesses of this.... Read more

My dear friend had a heart attack and I wanted to send her a healthy bit different food gift so I ordered an expensive fruit basket. The fruit was bad. An orange was shriveled and apples were bruised. They made us send a picture before they would give even partial credit for the bad order I will never use them again they did not even apologize!

I added a bottle of wine and some chocolates to my order, and no details were given as to what brand of wine/chocolates would be delivered. I was charged $40 for a $5 bottle of wine, and $15 for $3 Trader Joe's truffles. I expect them to make a profit, but $40 for a $5 bottle of wine? That's crazy. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered flowers through them yesterday. They called at 4:20 and said the local florist wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers before close of business and did I have a home address. When I gave them the city of the home address, they said, oh that's too far. Really?! What part of paying extra for guaranteed next day delivery was not understood? I ordered a Deluxe Gourmet Gift Basket with One Bottle of Champgne for $149.99 or $181.37 after service and delivery fees. What was delivered was nothing like was nothing like what was pictured online. Ordered a wine gift and paid for overnight shipping. The order absolutely needed to arrive on time and it did not. May not arrive for another 3 days. I received n and every person invl ando help from the company or fed ex. All I got was my shipping refunded and "I'm sorry" from each person we spoke with.
