Tried to contact numerous times and talk to customer service. It's overly hard to do. Finally got a text from you yesterday, but already contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. Please reimburse my card. Never had a problem ordering gift cards before. It's supposed to be easy and this experience was horrible.
