Selling a gift card

I called, no one answered. I texted the number that I sent pictures of my gift card to, no response. Terrible service, they steal people's money.

User's recommendation: Don't use this program/buisness.

Slow and gives customers the run around!

Giftcardbin - Slow and gives customers the run around!

Purchased $200 e-card. I was expecting to get my card number & pin instantly.

I never did. I checked my email and my account, but the card number and pin is no where. I emailed the company. They wrote back saying they called and left a voice message.

Checked my voice message and sure enough, they did. The associate told me she wanted to “verify my purchase” & to call her back and gave me a number to call. Keep in mind, they have my money already. Instead of writing down whatever number she said, I simply hit the “call back” button.

Well, that person told me I have to call the number given in the voice message. So... I listened to the message again and wrote down the number. I called it and....

VOICE MAIL! I left my name and order number. I’m still waiting on a call back. These people hope you’ll eventually just give up and forget about it.

Thank GOD I used PayPal. If I don’t get a call back by the end of the day, I will submit a request to PayPal for a refund.

FRAUD - SCAM - STAY AWAY

  • - Reviewer alleges fraud, says discounted gift cards are worth less than paid; bought $275.13 card, $319.92 face value; value $12.10; money kept.

Review for Giftcardbin:

This company is committing fraud. They sell discounted gift cards with less value than you pay for it.

I purchased a discounted gift card for $275.13 with face value of $319.92. The actual value on the gift card was $12.10. They have kept my money and I am not so sure I will even get the refund on my order. Scam - Fraud is their business, buyers beware this company is bad news.

Stay far away from this company, I cannot believe they can stay in business doing this to customers. I did not read these reviews before, and I paid for this. Customers service agents are a joke, manager does not call you back.

I expected a supervisor out there to make this right, I was waiting on hold for a manager for over 15 minutes than I was told I could not hold any more!? No company should operate this way.

  • - Ordered two ecards; they weren’t emailed after 53 hours.
  • - Charges posted to my card; awaiting refund.
  • - GiftCardGranny.com is recommended.

Ordered two ecards and 53 hours later still not emailed to me even though the charges posted to my credit card and were subtracted. We'll see how fast I get a refund.

I wanted the cards for sales that are going on now. By the time my refund posts to my credit card account, the sale will be over. I really don't have the extra $100.00 right now to spend before my credit shows up. I have ordered hundreds of dollars in ecards and physical cards from other resellers and had instant access to them in my email.

Please save yourselves a hassle and order from another reseller.

There are about eight that are descent. Use GiftCardGranny.com.

  • - -On July 12, 2017 I ordered an e-gift card and paid by debit.
  • - -On July 13, William Wheeler asked to confirm; I replied; refund issued with no details.

On the night of July 12, 2017 I ordered an E-gift card, I paid for my card via my debit card and received and email saying my order is confirmed and should receive my e-card shortly or within 24 hours, So the next day July 13th I finally received an email around 11:30 am from a man named William Wheeler asking me if I really do want this card and that he needed me to reply to his email directly to confirm that I really do want the card(?) So of course I did reply and then waited for 3 hours and finally emailed again asking if they are going to release my card to me and if they did receive my email reply. Another 2 hours and I got an email saying they made the decision that it's best to refund me!

I called their customer service and spoke with a girl she didn't announce her name, and this is now almost 24 hours later after my initial payment- she told me that the man who made the decision to refund me has just now left(how convenient) and she can't give me details as to why they did this, I explained that I have a right to know what is going on and she reiterated to say that she can't give verbatim details just that there were some red flags, I said how were there red flags when they have a business- they are offering a service I paid for my card and now there is a "red flag"? I asked her for a manager and guess what she said? "The managers have also left for the day(how convenient again)I asked her if she was lying due to the fact that how can a business be ran and there is no manager in charge? she nervously chuckled and then claimed she wasn't lying.

I then disconnected the call. I am not sure what is going on with this Shady company called Gift Card Bin.

Beware! I am going to report this to the regulatory agency also!

Cheated for 900$

  • - The gift cards valued at 900$ arrived with 0$ value.
  • - I will not use them again.
  • - I will email them to resolve this.

I ordered 2 gift cards valued at 900$ and they came with 0$ values. This is one company I will not use again.

Don't use them they will cheat you out of money. I can't believe I got fooled into believing that this was a trust worthy company. I have used them before but never had such a larger problem like this. The Kay's jewelry gift cards I got where a worthless.

Don't use them. Save your money other ways. I will not use them again and don't think they will fix this.

I will email them again to try to resolve this. If i could report them to the BBB then I would.

Lost $411 with Giftcardbin

AI Highlights
  • - Gift card for $411 shipped without signature confirmation and lost in mail.
  • - Reimbursement not provided and phone support is unresponsive.

Bought Home Depot gift card for $411, they sent without signature confirmation. It was lost in mail and I am not getting reimbursed.

Do not use this company unless you want to lose your money. Attempted to call them, their phone never allows you talk with them, but rather to leave a message without them ever calling you back.

For sending such an expensive card, you would think they would take precautions in order that you receive your card. I had saved money for this gift card to make a Home Depot purchase and now will not be able to get the item I had saved for.

Hi April,

When I got home last night, the letter carrier had left the home depot gift cards with a hand-written note apologizing. I had called the post office and said I would be submitting a claim to the post master, then received these cards few days later in my mail box with the note.

I'm assuming cards are still good, not sure how to rectify situation?

I'd prefer to retain cards and then have you charge me for them once again (to retain the discount on the cards). I may use them this weekend, but if I do we will have you charge me once again. I have waited for a particular purchase at Home Depot, and if in stock will use the cards. Please email me how to charge my account once again.

What do you advise?

Thank you,

Lori ________________________________________ From: To: Subject: Order 210173 Date: Thu, 19 May 2016 13:35:27 -0700 Hi Lori, Hope you're doing well. In regards to your above order I understand you didn't receive it and our Customer Service team sent you vouchers. We noticed that a dispute on this order was placed and that information came to us yesterday. When a dispute comes through, our fraud team works with the respective merchants in cancelling and zeroing out cars.

In this case, I'm going to accept your dispute so that you will be credited the amount you paid of $411.14. The vouchers you have been sent are no longer valid and balances are zero. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'm sorry this order never reached you. The tracking does how delivered to the 4105 address, but it's possible USPS put it in the wrong place.

Thank you and again!

Gift CardBin sold us a gift card with a zero balance and refused to issue a refund.
