Incorrect balance fraud
- Kaitlin identified herself but refused a call.
- She said the company was at lunch and ignored calls; refund promised in 15 days; 3 calls logged, 5 not.
I received an email from someone who would only identify herself as "Kaitlin". She refused to contact me by telephone to resolve this issue.
She acknowledged that they ignored my calls claiming the entire company was "at lunch". She claimed that she finally saw three of my calls but did not acknowledge the other FIVE. She claims that she will give me my money they stole in FIFTEEN DAYS! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
DO NOT USE GIFTBIT! THEY ARE A SCAM INTERNET COMPANY WHO REFUSES to talk to their own customers,!
