Customer service no response

I have contacted the gift collector three times by phone to no avail. I have sent two emails to no avail. All I wanted to know is what happened to my order #110006****. Can not get an answer. I have been told by Toni that she will research and get back to me. Has she no. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that Toni was CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one else???? My order was to be shipped last week by fed ex someone should have a tracking #. I would like someone to get back to me. Is this company a rip off/scam?

I urge anyone to find an alternate purchase site if you are dealing with Giftcollectors. com They are the only company I have dealt with that could not process my debit card and we are talking about over two hundred on line purchases and to top it off they blamed their failure on my card and I made three purchases after the initial order with Giftcollectors and already have the items. I have dealt with this company for over a week - I called them three time, sent several emails and still they can not process a card that all the other merchants have taken for over a year!! Look elsewhere if you have any issues.
