Gifnestbuys.com sneaks a $10.50 "tip" onto your bill if you don't notice that it requires you to delete it before you submit your order. Then they don't respond to written refund request & no ph#

Submitted order for 3 items but when their E-Mail confirming the order came through it showed they sneaked in a $10.50 "tip." Turns out the tip is added on if you don't see that it has to be actively deleted before you submit the order. Then they don't promptly respond to your E-Mail asking for the $10.50 to be added back to your credit card. Then it turns out they have no working phone number to allow you to reach a customer service person or manager.

- A Kristi rep asked for the order number; I gave it, they said it wasn't theirs, and I asked for a refund.
It has been a month now since I ordered my shoes and it still not delivered and yes some Kristi woman replied and asked for order number I gave that to them and got a response and said it was not their order number replied back for refund
