Refusal to compensate for auto paint damage.
Gibson Homes, is building a home next door to me in Sand Springs OK. During their construction, some spray (detail man said it was a sort of concrete compensation, though in a liquid droplet form) attached to my car, parked in my driveway.
I am handicapped and SELDOM drive. Other items were also damaged, proving the source.
I'm not even asking for a new paint job (though it could be easily argued for). They do not appear interested to help me.
- Are fast
- Workers mostly speak spanish
Preferred solution: detail shop to repair paint damage
