Because Patrice went above and beyond to correct the situation
My delivery never arrived after being left on hold no one could help me after an hour of bad customer service from some Instacart and some giant I can't say enough about Patrice she was kind, patient, and we even laughed a couple times but most importantly she fixed my issue keep her and maybe a raise
