Packaging
I have a youthful love for your tasty products, my favourite being Starmix. I bought a multipack of 22 bags and struggled to open most of the smaller bags.
Although there was a tear point indicated, most didn't respond so I resorted to using scissors, which defeats your packaging objective. Bought from Waitrose, Sunningdale, Barcode 559512****203.
Why not save packaging cost and eliminate the small bags and simply pack the contents of 22 bags into one large bag? Note: I usually charge a lot of money for marketing advice, but in this instance, I'll forego a fee!
