I reached out to Ghurka customer service and even the CEO. To say the least I was very disappointed when Ghurka only offered an 20% discount off a new wallet.
Company’s Customer Service is important and after that experience I will never buy another Ghurka product again. I suggest find an alternate option.

Ghurka is a horrible company
- Two damaged portfolios were sent.
- An item for overnight shipping was not shipped.

I ordered a $495 portfolio from Ghurka, but they sent a damaged one. They sent out a second portfolio which was also damaged.
Ghurka has very low quality products. Their products are extremely over-priced. During this process, I also ordered another product that they were supposed to ship overnight but they forget to send it. The people who work at Ghurka are *** and very low-end.
I would never buy from Ghurka again. Ghurka has horrible quality and pathetic customer service. You can get much better quality at lower prices from companies like Bosca or Jack Georges.
