Purchased Jan ,2021 -We were told white glove delivery. Never happened. Bought 3 sets SHEETS- 2 were damaged.Again damage sheets 9/15,2022 again sent pics 2 sets damage still under warranty. Still haven't received sheets. It seems the sheets keep ripping when no movement of body happens. I received my king-size mattress topper. My wife and I complained to Ghost that their product is not comfortable and definitely is not a cooling mattress as advertise. This is just like any cheap milk crate mattress topper you buy from other stores, not a $300+ dollar quality item. Not a quality 3-inch topper we were expecting at all! alot thinner then 3inches. Very disappointed and will not recommend to friends or family. Spoke to representative, and they said all sales are final, and nothing cam be done!

Buyer Beware! Full Refund means Partial Refund

I purchased a King Size Adjustable Base Foundation and a King Size Mattress (GhostBed 3D Matrix) from Ghostbed on 12/27/20. The mattress and the foundation base were shipped separately and finally arrived for a complete set up on January 9, 2021. After trying the mattress out for 30 days, it slept very hot in the middle of winter but I kept trying to like the mattress as I hate to return items, especially that large. In the end, I could not imagine sleeping on it in the spring and summer and so I initiated a return via email per their instructions. After repeated automated messages about how busy they were, I sent Ghostbed a certified letter stating the reason for my return and the amount due me. Dennis with Ghostbed responded to me on March 30, 2021 with instructions on the return which basically instructed me to donate to a reputable charity. The charity picked up the mattress on April 22, 2021, receipt was sent to Ghostbed and they acknowledged the receipt on 5/3/21. In Dennis with Ghostbed's email to me, he stated that in their terms and conditions see, there was a reference to promotional discounts originally received at the time of purchase are always applied towards the mattress and that I would not receive a full refund for the mattress as stated in their refund policy as they were now applying my adjustable base foundation discount to my mattress along with the mattress discount. There is no asterisk or reference to this information on the Receipt nor the Ghostbed Refund Policy. Below is why Ghostbed owes me a refund and the breakdown of the purchase and credits. 1.When I purchased my mattress and foundation, I did not receive a bundled discount. I received a receipt for 30% off of each piece, and each piece was discounted separately. There is no reference on the receipt of the terms and conditions mentioned above, nor was there a reference on the receipt to a bundle discount. 2.The day that I purchased the mattress, I read their entire Refund Policy on their website which states that I will receive a full refund. There is no reference to the above terms and conditions. A full refund means a full refund. A customer makes their decision to purchase based upon the logical/relatable information that the company gives. 3.I donated the mattress per their instruction and sent them the donated receipt which they acknowledged. It appears to me that Ghostbed is trying to twist their own refund policy around to suit their needs . Full Refund does not mean Partial Refund. This is quite fraudulent in my eyes. My refund should have been as follows which is the same documentation that I send to Ghostbed, 1.Mattress Price $2995.00 with 30% off. My price $2,097.00 plus 9.5% Tennessee tax of $199.21) for a total mattress refund of $2,296.21. 2.We kept the pillows at 50% off ($170 for pillows at 50% off = $85.00 plus 9.5% Tennessee tax of $8.07 for a total of $93.07.) 3.Deduct the $93.07 from the $2,296.21 mattress refund. Total refund back to me is $2,203.14. 4.Refund given me was $1418.00. 5.Difference in credit amount due me of $785.14. 6. Ghostbed owes me an additional credit back to my CitiCard in the amount of $785.14. This company is a total ripoff and I believe that is the only way they are making their money. They say they have 35,000 5 star reviews but there is no legitimate review system on their site so they are more than likely not legitimate. Look at the hundreds of bad reviews on various sites including two separate ones on the BBB. Imagine how many customers have not complained. Also, the mattress review companies such as mattress clarity, etc are paid affiliates. Do not buy from this company. You will be disappointed and of course ripped off. I ended up buying a Plushbed which is terrific!

Contacted the parent company Nature Sleep and they refuse to comply with any reduction in price. ALL WE ASKED FOR was a 20% price reduction due to damage, and as we have ALREADY paid out of pocket to have them set up by a family member that quarantined himself for 2 weeks before, to be able to set the bases and bed up, as we are both immune suppressed, with blood cancer and a double amputation from US ARMY Combat Service.

We are being made to accept what they want and that is it?

I have email confirmation that a representative said that the bases ARE 12 years old and were damaged when they arrived! I did not agree to any “NEW” 12 year old, damaged, bases being sent out and will not pay for them.

My wife and I decided it was time to trade in our old bed for a newer more healthy and versatile model with memory foam and an adjustable base. As I am a 100%, medically retired US ARMY Combat Arms Soldier (double amputee at the knees from Combat Arms Service in the US ARMY), maybe this is why I am being treated like a second rate citizen from GHOSTBED (Nature Sleep)?!?! My wife unfortunately battles her battle with blood cancer, and I wish I could take that burden away from her. Sleep is sometimes an entire nights fight from aches, pains, and night terrors from PTSD. We are on a VERY thin spread fixed income because of my injuries and disabilities, (Medically Retired/US ARMY) from my US ARMY Combat Arms Service, and my wife is my caretaker. We spent months investigating, saving and planning for a new bed purchase, and we finally decided on GHOSTBED, which in hindsight may have been a major mistake. After deciding on our order, we informed my son, which had to quarantine for two weeks before, since my wife and I are BOTH immune compromised because of my injuries and her blood cancer. He is the one to tasked to bring in the mattresses and frames downstairs to our bedroom and set them up. Earlier in the day he cleared out the old mattress and frame to make room for the new ones. After the new frames and mattresses were all here he started to set them up. After he unpacked the first one he asked us if we bought these USED? And he unpacked the second base, which showed the same damage. So two frames, same damage from usage?!?! We all agreed that they looked used and just repackaged to sell again, or at least were show models, and I am sure that with the serial number of both frames that can be tracked. My son took pictures to document all of the damage. He hade to set up both beds, instead of just sending them straight back, and have them ready since the old beds were already hauled off, by my son. I contacted GHOSTBED (A COMPANY THAT RUNS UNDER NATURES SLEEP BTW), per email, and received no response for circa a week. We called and could not get through several times. Finally I had someone on the line, and he was to send me a link to send the pictures of the damage etc...., that email link NEVER came. We contacted NAURE SLEEP next, which is the parent company of GHOSTBED and that is where we stand now. I called around to some of the other places in town that sell beds (brick and mortar, maybe the best, because of this situation). They said that they try not to sell damaged merchandise, but if it must be done then the going rate for such damage would be a 20% depreciation in value. The damage from usage is well documented through pictures taken at unpacking and included deep scratches, material and fabric ripped, a FOOTPRINT on the inside fabric, deep scratches and wear on the retainer bar, the electronic box being broken off, and having to be reaffixed with epoxy, There was a lot of damage and scratches as stated, not to mention the fact that it looks like , from the serial numbers and manufacturing dates, that these bases were made back in 2008! Now apparently since I contacted Natures Sleep and dealing with a customer service representative there, things have taken another turn. I was offered $100 to shut up. O.K., the bed frames alone together were almost $2000, and were supposed to be premium bed frames. No one would go into a store and buy damaged merchandise and willingly pay more for it as well. My son sanded down and painted over the deep scratches and repaired the electronics box retainer clip, which was broken off out of the box, before setting up both beds. This feels like a bait and switch scam, especially targeting disabled persons and the elderly. We were asked what we wanted and, we did the research with calling several different stores for information on the market prices and what other managers would do in such a situation, and it is not what GHOSTBED (Nature Sleep) is doing. We ordered a ghost bed and requested to return it and have them provide a full refund as advertised. It has been over thirty days working with their customer service department and we have yet to make any progress on our refund or returning the bed. Terrible customer service.

Ghost bed

Hello, My experince with Ghost bed was really bad. Their product is not as advertisied, their mattress is not 11 inches, but 9". After I receievd teh ebd I wanted to returned it under tehir free trial. I conatct them as a new custoemr ans adk if teh bed would actually be 11 " tall, they confirm this. I tehn reported my bed is 9 and I wanted to return it. They told me 2 " is under the tolerance error. After a lot of bad customer service I was able to return the bed after the second replacements, because they ask me to try whit a second bed.
