Still no refund or contact from. the business for service not received. No consideration for disabled people in my party, nor the fact that no parking was available due to a city event in the area.

St Pete had an activity concurrent in the same area as the meeting place for the tour. My wife is disabled, cannot walk far, and uses a scooter for mobility. The city had closed all available disabled parking within a mile of the tour. We arrived 45 minutes early,...
