Yes, I did not receive my order and I emailed and they told my they gonna refund me but after few weeks I didnt receive the refund and I email again and they tolm me I should email fedex. Im really not happy with customer service at all. And it was a really bad experience

I want a full refund for my hairdryer/ I stopped working in less then a month. I paid extra for a small personalization and I can't get a refund. I don't want another dryer because clearly it is not a well-made hairdryer. Now I'm stuck with a new dryer in a different color that I ordered that was and in bubble wrapped, not in the original Gus packaging . $240 for a hairdryer, then stopped working on n less than a month .

GHD - Not received order
Item not delivered said they would resend had email to say 3-5 days but may be earlier after 5 days and no order number not tracked number started contact emailed 8 times WhatsApp the same and messenger numerous times eventually got a message to say that it was not available Facepalm so asked for a refund. Not had anything as yet!
