I contacted this company on 04/08/2021 to pick up my car at auction, since then till now I haven't seen my car. They kept telling me lies that my car has been delivered they're only waiting for the delivery to give them delivery invoice so they can update the website. Till now I have not seen my car

Please becareful with this company we agree to pick up my car for 450$ to Baltimore from Ohio and shipping to Lagos Nigeria 910 that’s all and my car was run and drive and this lied to me that my radiator has fault and some charges I never know they put on my invoice please becareful with this company they fraud

I never gave you the car to be stored in your garage,you picked the car up to be shipped. I deserved to be compensated for putting the car in your storage for this long.
So what baseless $150 monthly fee are you charging me? Did you know how much I lost on those vehicles you refused releasing their bol/telex release on time? Some are still at the port as i talk to you now. This 2004 is the only one I can afford the clearing fee,ship my car for me,let me have the normal shipping cost,i paid for towing of this car already.
Despite clearing all the invoices,you still compelled me to pay for the towing of a vehicle you misplaced its title,i just wonder how heartless you can be. I need action to be taken on this vehicle,i have been patient enough. I can not loose other vehicles and still loose this. Please it irritates me hearing you mentioning storage, you got all it takes to ship the car,the fault was yours,not mine.
I tried to get a title replacement,i was unable to get one. Ship my car in your possession,done with your company already,my last car with you should be shipped and let me pay the shipping cost.

I am sorry I have given this place too many chances. They overcharge you and the manager (Dan) is rude and aggressive when you complain.
I am SICK AND TIRED of this place.
I am been billed the wrong amount several times.
Recently I shipped a car through your company. I was told I needed repairs of $500 to be done on the car so that it would be able to move on its on.
I was again billed $250 for non runner after agreeing to pay the $500.
It definetly wasn't worth the money.
Worst business ever!!! - BEWARE
If you want to save money and time stay away from them.
Don't believe me? GO AND TRY THEM FOR YOURSELF

Rude manager killing the company. Happy I got another good company to ship with. They treat me with respect and handle my shipment with care unlike rude Daniel Parks!!!
How I wish the CEO can read my comment. Daniel (Manager) need to be sack.
The Guy is very rude whenever you make complaints. I paid for shipping and the telex was not released to me until the last day when the vessel already barth.
Yes,he needs to be sacked!!!
