Suspended account

I won a little bit of money and have been trying to withdraw for 2 days. They kept denying it.
Now I have been kicked out of the site, my money is gone, and I've contacted them 50 times and can't even get a response. I didn't even get notified that they were suspending my account.

I live in Peru and was told I could play on your site. When I joined I could not say I was in Peru but Great Britain.
There was no other option. I am Canadian with Canadian credit cards, which may be a problem.

Would not let me use my email address to sign up
- GG Poker rejected my AOL email as a throwaway address during signup.
- Other sites accept AOL; GG has had many problems in 2 days.
I tried to sign up to GG Poker and when i put my aol email address in which i have had for over 20 years it said can not accept throw away email addresses, I had to use an email address i never use, I dont understand, ever other poker site accepts aol email adressess, only been with GG 2 days and had many problems

So basically I have an account with GG Poker & have had a deposit limit set for me! Of 200 per month when I play more than that.
As you know with poker it is a numbers game.. and sometimes a tournament will be more expensive than others, so I lived with this $200 deposit limit for a few months and enquired recently about them putting the limit up for me.
Now i can deposit again as have waited 2/3 weeks to deposit with no help from GGcare in regard to this matter. I have provided 6 bank statements now that prove I earn on average 500 per week minimum now you tell me why I cant afford to play? Now that my deposit limit has reset I was really looking forward to a game this evening.
Now all of a sudden I have an email telling me I can no longer afford to deposit!
What on earth is this company doing??
I am so annoyed it is beyond words!

Withholding funds
- Won $370; withdrawal to my bank was declined due to a different deposit method than Apple Pay, with funds on hold awaiting a card I didn't use.
I won $370 tried to withdraw it into my bank account in my name and my account is in my name however as it was a different account to the Apple Pay I used to deposit they declined my withdrawal however they are holding my money waiting for a deposit from my card to be deposited which is impossible as I didnt make the deposit to it is completely impossible for me to withdraw any of my winnings. It even says after a withdrawal has been requested that they are in able to change the payment and then is say that Its waiting for my deposit to be processed from the card that I didnt deposit on do I need to make a deposit with my other card or is it now impossible to get my money ?

The same just happened to me, I have only just joined and sent id and bank statement, I then made a small deposit and played two games, when i came back to play another game it said my balance was restricted, it would not let me play with my own balance and i then noticed an email saying the bank statement i sent reflects a debt balance which it does not, theres never alot in as it is my account i use to pay the bills but it has never been over drawn, ive never heard anything like it, I wanted to play a game
