Do not buy really- Ticket ID [#651**** GYGVN48MXN9A- Book references TECHNICAL PROBLEMS is not an answer. I bought tickets to go to Stonehenge, but I have some problems and the next day I canceled my tickets. Three days later, as I had not received my money back, I decided to enter the automatic reply email and I clicked on the wrong link, just below the correct link. This link will give me a voucher for use for three years, which I don't want and I think this link was put there for these errors to happen. First problem. I called them. I didn't understand anything that was said. So sad that the companies nowadays decided, for cost reasons, adopt VoIP. The quality is really bad. Second problem, delay in solutions. They sent an email asking for time to solve my problem. Third problem, lack of empathy. The answer that came was absurd. They said that due to technical problems I could not get my money back and should use the voucher for three years. I would like to know how a company of this size may have this type of technical problem. Which company that works with clients worldwide, with tourists, can have this type of TECHNICAL PROBLEM? This company needs a new manager, who works with more empathy, and puts himself in his customer's shoes and knows that the rules at the time of purchase are clear that I could have my refund. If I clicked the wrong place (which is there to confuse us) and at the SAME INSTANT, I called and emailed them, technical problems, is not the best answer. And if, IF, if I had chose the voucher i could not get my refund back within 14 days from the date of purchase of the original ticket? A Lot of things are wrong.
