ETF : cancelled in 72 hrs and still got charged
Getwireless.Net in State College, PA charged me an early termination fee of $149 even though we cancelled within 72 hours, Comcast and Verizon give you 30 days! I asked for proof of installation and equipment receipts and they couldn't produce anything even though I was told they installed equipment.
The management company for the apartments has no record that Getwireless installed anything. The owner of Getwireless (Dan Myers) claims he had $1000 tied up in install but couldn't show me any proof. This company is keeping my $149 for doing nothing. Myers said he would return my check and then cashed it.
Shame on you Dan Myers and Getwireless for taking advantage of college students and their parents!
