- - Rs 1030 charged for delivery; order shows Rs 2268.45 due; customer alleges GetUScart fraud.
The delivery man from KM Enterprises delivered Cetaphil scrub; however, the order is Cetaphil face cream healthy radiance, vide order dated 31.01.2026. He also took the payment of Rs.
1030/- for delivering the payment, while the order booked the payment of Rs. 2268.45/- was also made.
It is fraud committed by GetUScart. I am supposed to send a notice against GetUScart in case the refund is not made and the right product is not delivered.

- - The courier now asks 48000 rupees; user claims US price increase.

My order number is #305667, and I paid the amount of rupees 7152. Now, in India, the courier company is asking me to pay 48000/-.
How is this possible? You people told me to pay half of the price of the actual product that I bought.
I asked them, and they told me that you people from America raised the price. How should this be possible if I already paid for the product?
