I ordered modelones acrylic powder set the product cost including delivery charges 2198 which is showing in the order history pending, but the payment was successful. And it is showing successfully.

My product issue
I have already made payment for order ID 270057 and 270061, but the delivery man told me on his mobile that it was showing that I have not made payment. I have saved a screenshot of money being deducted from my bank account. He refused to give me the products I had purchased.
