Ride not here
I paid for a ride for my family of seven to be picked up and taken to the airport. I had already paid for the ride.
I asked for an English-speaking driver. When the ride did not show, I called the number provided for the driver. He answered when I called and said, 'No speak English,' then hung up on me.
This place is a joke. I highly recommend that you save yourself the time, money, and hassle and just order an Uber, like we had to.

Ride problem
I inadvertently scheduled an a.m. pick up time instead of p.m.
The app wouldnt allow me to change the pick up time. I paid extra for cancellation privilege and the app wouldnt let me cancel to rebook correct time.
Usability of their app sucks.
I do not recommend this company for this reason.
