I paid for the ride and the driver canceled, but the trip was still on and they charged me. The driver refused to cancel because he said he would be charged. I need to be refunded my money.

J'ai un souci avec mon compte Payoneer et je n'arrive toujours pas à me faire payer par la société GetTransfer. J'ai demandé un transfert bancaire ou un Western Union, mais la communication est vraiment mauvaise.
Et le malheur est que je ne peux plus prendre de courses pour éviter les non-paiements.
À ce jour, j'ai plus de 900 dollars sur GetTransfer.

I have a complaint regarding this ride request number: 2313****. No action has been taken by your team for the last two months.
On February 16, we booked a taxi from Warsaw Central to Tychy. PLN 1584.59 was deducted from our bank account. After that, the taxi driver came to us. Because we had too much luggage, the taxi driver canceled our ride.
Our money was also deducted and he did not pick us up. After that, our money did not return to the bank account. We have mailed several times from this mail ID to alyana.elbo@***.com but there was no response from you.

The total unpaid amount is $582, related to several trips that were successfully completed in December 2025 and January 2026. According to the payment terms, the payment should have already been processed.
