I was charged $364 for a ride, and the driver cancelled but never came. Despite this, the company still charged me and took my money!
I've left emails, messages, and called five different numbers, but no one will answer.
They responded to my email, saying they would refund me and that the refund is there, but that is a lie!!! I want my money back and will sue this company.

Resolved: Worst Customer Service
So the driver that excepted my booking canceled my ride so I was left hanging and scrambling for an airport ride.
I made my flight using another company with 7 mins left before the plane doors closed.
Even though it was totally not my fault it took 10 days to get the refund.
I was able to get Alexander Sapovs email address, hes their co-founder and CEO.
Within an hour of emailing him a professional but firm email, my refund was processed.

This app is a huge scam. I am a driver, and they don't let me cancel the ride, and the rider didn't get this option too.
They are just keeping the drivers' money on hold and don't pay them at all.
I will suggest everyone to just avoid this app and don't ever, ever trust them. Thank you.

Driver no show. No call no response.
Maybe in the states but certainly not abroad.
I have been sitting and waiting since 930 am. I tried calling your customer service line at least six times and was disconnected.
As I sit I have since rebooked a ride that is a few hours out and how am I certain this one will show. Unreal

I still haven't been paid for that ride.
However, they take a 35% commission. Why haven't I been paid?
