Request for refund on September 1, 2020 and I have yet to receive my refund. The supervisor, Tony #19188, could not tell me why my refund request had to be put back in the system. He also started that he could not give me his Superiors contact information because he was not aloud to give that information out to customers. This has truly been the most unprofessional experience I have encountered.
