Steve Rhode GetOutOfDebt.Org is a liar journalist
I live near Steve Rhode and he is a scam all together. He offers these free books, and it is all BS. Everything he writes and comments on is for his financial benefit only. Don't buy the whole "providing a valuable service speech". My neighbors have had their children at his home and she is convinced he is a sicko who loves boys, so she stopped going over there. His blogs are bull, and one day, he will get what he deserves from the police. Sicko and weirdo. Keep your hands off those boys, and on your own relationship. And your bias is obvious...!

Steve Rhode, residing at 8301 Wycombe Ridge Way, Wake Forest, NC 27587 is finally getting what he deserves. After years of publishing unverified scam claims and the full text of state and federal lawsuits with personal plaintiff and defendant information, such as home addresses, etc., on his getoutofdebt.org blog website, many of which contained inflammatory and unsubstantiated claims and were subsequently dismissed, he and his wife, Pamela, are now being sued by Lloyd Ward, Attorney at Law, and his company, Lloyd Ward & Associates P.C., 12655 North Central Exp., Suite.
1000 Dallas, Texas 75243 for more than $3 million. The lawsuit, case # 6:11-cv-00531-LED (accessible via Pacer) was filed in the US District Court, Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division, on October 7, 2011.

Program Cost
We typically spend around 30 hours per case working on the following items:
A comprehensive financial review and analysis of your current situation by a team of expert staff financial professionals.
If appropriate, we will prepare a very detailed repayment plan and present it to your creditors.
We will conduct any negotiations that are necessary with your creditors to enlist their support and cooperation.
We can enroll you in AllPaid, our personal money management program.
We will give you access to other programs, as we determine, that may help you.
And we will be there for you from start to finish, until your money problems are a thing of the past.
You should realize that the people working to get you out of your financial difficulties really care about you. Nobody works at Myvesta because it's "just a job." We have all chosen to be here because we want to help people. We have qualified accountants, lawyers, debt experts, psychologists and many other experts in their field who could all find higher-paying jobs in the private sector, but who choose to use their talents to improve other people's lives.
This level of support and assistance is not available for free. There are no grants or public funds available to help people in financial difficulties.
As a nonprofit organization, we are able to keep our costs below market rates for comparable professional services. Nevertheless, the CBA currently costs $2,900.00. It is only about $1,000 more than filing for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
We also offer an installment plan if you are not able to afford the entire CBA fee in advance.
This may seem like an impossible sum of money to come up with, especially if you are struggling to make ends meet. But if you don't invest in your future financial success now, when will you? Your problems will only get worse and worse with every day that passes.
The money you invest will be returned many times over, as you see that it is possible to live a financially successful and stress-free life.

You did not refute the fact you were issued a cease and desist from California.
You did not refute that Damon works from his house and does not have a business address. He also had IRS and his own trouble.
Way back machine myvesta.org shows programs you charged 2900.00 for do you feel that was wrong Steve? You want respond to this because it is true.
What about your dealings with the FTC? How did that 500 CID article work out for you?
What about your picture from 10 years ago? And you are 75lbs fatter, is that honest?
All totally untrue of course.
When you out scammers and crooks like I do on my site at GetOutOfDebt.org the bad guys fight back with lies.
Another comment says Damon Day pays me money. Again, not true.
The *** thing, another lie.
Nancy how do you know that is true? If it is please post some proof I would love to see that.
His picture is 10 years old he 75 lbs heavier. He uses fake suite numbers for the address he lists and it is his home.
Damon Day works from his house and posts no phone number and address.
His daughter and wife write for the site too. It is such a joke.
He made several claims about the FTC and their investigations and that stopped because he posted information that he could not back up mainly about 500 CID letters.
He was issued a cease and desist from the state of California for illegal practices and he just totally side steps it.
Go to google and type in way back machine and reference the site myvesta.org and you can see his history of upfront fees and how it operates.
But that is totally different from accusing the guy of going after little boys or *** But I would love to see that proof.
Steve Rhode was part of a prostitution ring in the Maryland area. There is a very real investigation underway.
My niece is a victim of his actions... We will be involved
Steve is a scam. This is nothing new.
If you live nearby you should do some "Rhode Reporting" Take a picture of his house.
Post his address or phone number. Whatever you can get your hands on.
The chap Steve Rhode of getoutofdebt.org is more than a liar journalist. He is a opportunist blogger advertiser capitalist under the guise of a legitimate journalist.
Steve Rhode blogs and tweets and creates online content all in the name of good old U.S. capital. A quite funny chap indeed to steal newsworthy material from other sites then to rewrite information and make it all his own. Even funnier to see he inscribes outward links to banner ads of other advertisers like Damonday.com that pay him money.
Funny. But I did not know he is also a sicko weirdo with boys.
Chap does look like some bloody homely geek. Thanks for the heads up.
