Absolutely TERRIBLE company to deal withy
- - No customer service; phone answers to a recording and no callbacks.
- - Setup is complicated; sensors have little instruction.
Notion has NO customer service. The phone is answered with a recording.
No one returns the call. Their chat function isn't active, and emails are not responded to. It can be complicated setting up the system, and their puny FAQs didn't address any of my difficulties. The sensors come with almost no instruction, and you can't find what you want on YouTube, either.
Their website seems devoted to selling but not helping. This is a great concept but technology with no support is useless.
