This company will not review my tickets about giving me my miles back.

I have reached out multiple times, explaining that I did not receive proper notice about my miles expiring. I had accumulated a lot and then they were taken.

I emailed them as soon as I looked at my account. It was no more than 3-4 days after the company took them away. I asked for a one-time exception or help to get my earned miles back, but they refused to assist with this. It is completely unjust and unfair.

I need a manager or support manager to rectify this issue. Thank you in advance.

These *** never responded.

They have refused to respond since my follow up email. I have reported them to the BBB and they have not responded. I also contacted my local news.

They advertised a deal for a $45 gift card for Sam's Club with a new membership. I signed up for the membership, but when I went to the store, the clerk said they weren't running a promotion for gift cards with new memberships.

I contacted miles the same day while the deal was still active, and they contacted my days later saying it was no longer active. I contacted them again and told them it was at the time.

They offered useless points that can only be used on their app. I want what was advertised to me!
