Being charged for a subscription that i never had bought one of there devises 2 years ago with no subscription

i do not have a subscription with you I bought a devise from you with i phone call spicfitly saying no subscription or no sale and you agreeed 2 years later threw pay pal you are sending me a subsrription fee IM not going to pay it you better cancel it Imeditally the devise has never gone back to you for any kind of servise or resize ever so there should be no charges i paid the whole amount up front i am disputing charge and stoping pament so you better get back to me FAST This is a RIP OFF Name is Clyde McLeod

Don't pay for referral program

I registered for their referral program. Get $5 Visa gift card per referral.i was getting several referrals was up to like 35 , then yesterday I go to check my account and it's no longer valid!!!

I've sent several emails to their customer service and they haven't responded.

They owe me for the referrals I got. Iam pissed

The Giddy is too big! I need one smaller.

I put the ring on and it was very loose even with the tighter band. I remeasured my girth and it was 3.75 inched in diameter, Please send me the correct size please?

What do you want me to do with the one that's too big? I paid $168.00 for Giddy

I think the device works, but concern is what if a person's penis is too big that when you close the device with the tension rubber you have slight pain at the groin? I do get an erection, but the large size of the device stills hurt.

Difficulty contacting Giddy by phone - what is your direct number?

Your phone number to talk to a person in customor support. Is it a secret to customers? customer service is horrible and I now see why someone else rated them as a 1 out of 5.

Horrible customer service

I would never, ever, recommend this product. Their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with.

I ordered the product, took them over a month to get it to me. It was the wrong size. I first decided to get a smaller size. They gave me instructions to do that.

In the meantime, I decided to get my money back. I emailed them before their so called 30 money day guarantee expired to ask them what I needed to do. No response. What a surprise!

I tried 3 more times. I called and never returned a call, so I put in a dispute with Discover. Put in my documentation and they told me that the dispute was resolved in my favor.

Now all of a sudden they found for them. I'm pissed at them too.
