KI ordered a watch more than 3 months ago and a screen a few weeks ago. I have not received either.
What the *** is the problem. I reported u to the bbb but I feel that did no good. If u ever want my business again u will fulfill my orders. U have my money.

It’s bad for business I’m so frustrated and annoyed and all I want is my refund
I placed a order for 3 watches on June 10th and have not received them yet and I been emailing and calling and Im tired of it its really annoying and frustrating and bad customer service so I want a refund sent back to me

Sales only, do not pay for priority shipping from this company they can not guarantee it, and customer service is zero, the worst online purchase experience I've ever had. Paid for a "Timepiece" on 6-28-23 with priority shipping today 7-12-23 no effort has been made to ship and ALL calls for a refund went unanswered had to dispute this transaction with my bank all I received was stress and inconvenience.

Horrible customer service
Purchased a watch from them. I really liked the watch but it stopped running.
Attempted to contact them, with no response. Closing in on the 30 day return policy, I packed it up and shipped it back, asking for replacement. Never heard a word from them. When you try to contact, it goes to a text message and then they refuse to respond when you have a complaint.
So Im out the $50 for watch & $11 shipping. DO NOT ORDER from this website.
