Sales only, do not pay for priority shipping from this company they can not guarantee it, and customer service is zero, the worst online purchase experience I've ever had. Paid for a "Timepiece" on 6-28-23 with priority shipping today 7-12-23 no effort has been made to ship and ALL calls for a refund went unanswered had to dispute this transaction with my bank all I received was stress and inconvenience.

Horrible customer service

Purchased a watch from them. I really liked the watch but it stopped running. Attempted to contact them, with no response. Closing in on the 30 day return policy, I packed it up and shipped it back, asking for replacement. Never heard a word from them. When you try to contact, it goes to a text message and then they refuse to respond when you have a complaint. So Im out the $50 for watch & $11 shipping. DO NOT ORDER from this website.
