I was able to solve the problem myself.

I have been trying to get a problem fixed with Nextdoor since Oct. 2020. They assigned me a Case # and said they would get back with me. They were going to alert and engineer. I cannot sign in or unsubscribe. I get messages everyday that I cannot sign in to read.

Lost gift card

Since Mother's Day 2020 I was given a $100.00 gift card supposedly on my acct.. No one knows anything about it on QVC customer service. It showed up on my computer once and then disappeared. I've tried 100 times at least and only get hung up on when customer service sends me to a manager.

User's recommendation: Question how honest Customer Service can be.
