sir my personal account has memorilized some one misiformed you

I recently completed the 6hr course for driving safety from getdefensive.com and I was charged a fee of 25$ for not typing my checking account # in correctly. There is a warning under the screen I was told however what upset me is that there is no way to know you have made an error and the website allows u to continue the whole course and I was not notified of this mistake until days later. They refused to send me my course completetion until I paid a 25$ fee which is the same fee as the course. A 100% penitaly for something their course website should alert you of. They called this a defaulted payment and told me they could not waive the fee because that is what my bank charged them. So I asked if I called Chase and asked them to refund to charge if they would waive the fee. They stated that if you can get the bank to do this to call back. I called Chase and they had not charged a fee at all (THEY LIED TO ME) so I called right back and after being on hold for 30min to talk to the Manager "Norma" then hung up out of frustration. I called back and was transferred to Norma and showed me no respect and asked if I was ready to pay 50$ for the course and the charge. I told her my bank did not charge a 25$ fee and she said their bank charged them a fee. I PAID AFTER GIVING A LESSON IN ETHICS & promised myself to put this review out there for everyone to see!!!!!!

The company is based out of LA & I have read multiple reviews from others that have stated that this company tries to fine you like a ticketing entity themselves and waives their course completion over your head like a carrot unless you pay up another a 25-50 for various BS reasons.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! ALL COURSES ARE BORING BUT THIS CO. IS A SCAM NOT WORTH ADDITIONAL STRESS DD COURSES ARE BAD ENOUGH TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH DONT RISK MAKING YOUR EXPERIENCE WORSE WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!

I completed online defensive driving course, and getdefensive.com refused to send me the completion certificate. In fact they charged me more money.

I recently spoke with a manager, by the name of Norma, who just hung up the phone on me. She was very unhelpful and rude. I was unhappy with the unfair treatment provided to me after paying for online defensive driving service in which I successfully completed the course and never received a certificate.

After calling customer service, I was told I would have to pay additional fees in order to received a certificate of completion due to "a computer system that automatically charges" for a certificate after 30 days. Speaking with a manager was no help. I completed the course on: 10/13/2014.

Now if by actions of my own I had lost this certificate, I would gladly paid the fee; however, I had never received the original in the first place. This practice is unfair at best, and may be illegal. I now have a court summons from the City of Austin, Municipal Court to explain why I failed to comply with paperwork. The customer service personnel provide no means of solution, other than to charge me more money for something I already paid for.

I would like a refund for the additional money I have to pay to receive my certificate of completion.
