Misleading and Ambiguous Content and Account Signup Process Issues (possibly regulatory)

I initially advised getblockchain.com of the issue with their online process whereby I could sign up for an account, transfer cryptocurrency into it but then I'm not able to complete the form to have my card delivered because the card is not eligible for sale in Canada. The whole reason for signing up etc being to get the card (see the website URL).
The reply was basically we're sorry it's confusing but every country has its own rules ...... yadda yadda yadda ..... and the card is not yet available in Canada! In order to get your funds back you would have to make a withdrawal. No *** Sherlock!!
There's an overall system discrepancy between what's considered the funds associated with the wallet or the account funds and what's considered funds associated with the card itself. According to my screen I made a deposit to a card that I'm not eligible for and I have only one option to get the funds I transferred in and that's to make a withdrawal from my card! No references to account or wallet.
Turns out each time I try to withdrawal my funds to transfer it back to the original wallet they came from the system returns an error of "given address is not valid". The withdrawal issue and poor grammar in the error message being a clear red flag for a potential scam however they seem to be legit so far.
