I have sent messages to Getaway House since Wednesday February 28th, regarding my reservations. I have followed instructions.

I have provided the new dates and yet I'm not getting a resolution to my request. Unforseen circumstances have caused us to have to reschedule our dates. What looked like a simple request is turning into unnecessary stress.

It's real simple, change the dates. Please and thank you.

Booked hotel at Quality Inn in Opelousas and most disgusting hotel ever should be shut down. There was sign said remodeling entire building needs to be tiers doen.

Around base boards so much black mold in plain sight the one chair had greenish looking mold growing on it toilet and tub stained really bad the fire alarm superglued to ceiling smell of mariuanna in hallway. We left went to concert more we thought decided could not stay in such filth so drove 2 hours home never went back to hotel.

I want my money reimbursed hotel said cannot send due to cancelation policy. I would not even let my dog stay there
