Company appears to be out of business but they will still take the subscription fee out of your bank account.

This company sells what is called a SmartPlate which was featured on Shark Tank and not backed. They launched anyway and sold their product on their own.
The plate is supposed to keep track of all of your meals. The kicker is that in order for the plate to work you have to pay a subscription fee of $30 per month. I called them to unsubscribe from the service because it was too expensive. They talked me into keeping the subscription, promising to give me a discounted price.
They, however, did NOT give me the discount. I let it go which was stupid on my part. They have taken THOUSANDS of dollars for this subscription. I tried to get in touch with them this past week and their customer service number is disconnected and their customer service email address is also not working my email was marked as not deliverable due to the address no longer exists.
This company appears to have just disappeared. In the website you can still order a SmartPlate!
