Didn't get the food. The driver texted me.
I gave him the correct address in Apple Maps. He never showed up. I called Sauce Up; they didn't do anything for me. I'll never use that company again; I lost $70.00.
I responded immediately after he texted me and gave them the correct address again. They marked it delivered; it was never at my door.

Had to order an uber after 8 drivers refused to take my order
- Drivers on bikes refused the order; a car was promised but never arrived.
- Sauce refused refunds beyond a driver-tip refund; I paid for an Uber.
The restaurant called me after 7 drivers came and refused to take my order because they were on a bike. I told sauce and they said that they would send a driver in a car who would take it.
The restaurant called to tell me that the new driver was also on a bike and refused to take it. I needed to order urgently for an event so I was forced to order my own Uber and pay out of pocket.
I asked sauce for a refund or reimbursement and they refused, claiming if I planned to pick up my order on my own, I should've told them in advance (!)
They offered a refund for my driver tip, but that was it. I decided to try and reach out again but I have not heard from them.

I placed an order online at Naruto 88 restaurant that took over an hour and a half to arrive. The order was placed at 5:25 PM and arrived at 7:16 PM.
I spoke to the restaurant, and they said the order was ready within 25 minutes after the order was placed. It took Get Sauce delivery driver over an hour and a half to arrive with the order. I called to complain about the delay and the lack of professionalism from your carriers. A customer service agent from Get Sauce took the complaint and advised me that a refund would be provided for the inconvenience.
That was never done. Zero respect for the customer or care.

I just had the most horrific hour. I tried cancelling an order when the Slice Factory in Melrose Park, IL, REFUSED to fulfill the order, was belligerent to the poor couriers trying to pick up the order, and then upsetting them.
I have tried OVER and OVER to cancel, but couldn't! Your website has NO CANCEL BUTTON. So over and over I got contacted about this order not being able to get picked up! This was beyond horrible!
And mortifying! Please cancel my order: Y621RNPW.
- No order cancellation button you need to actually chat with someone and then find out its not just sauce drivers but uber eats drivers too getting their orders and not getting to cancel that order using uber eats
