We don't need a corporate scammer to arrange local pizza delivery

Get Sauce is a bloodsucking corporate firewall between you and the pizza guys down the street whom you've known for years. Need to cancel or change something?

Chat with a corporation that promises to consider your request within 72 hours. Maybe they'll grant your sad little wish! Maybe not.

Just call your local pizza shop. Like on the phone.

Didn't get the food. The driver texted me.

I gave him the correct address in Apple Maps. He never showed up. I called Sauce Up; they didn't do anything for me. I'll never use that company again; I lost $70.00.

I responded immediately after he texted me and gave them the correct address again. They marked it delivered; it was never at my door.

Had to order an uber after 8 drivers refused to take my order

I asked sauce for a refund or reimbursement and they refused, claiming if I planned to pick up my order on my own, I should've told them in advance (!)

They offered a refund for my driver tip, but that was it. I decided to try and reach out again but I have not heard from them.

Late order complaint

I spoke to the restaurant, and they said the order was ready within 25 minutes after the order was placed. It took Get Sauce delivery driver over an hour and a half to arrive with the order. I called to complain about the delay and the lack of professionalism from your carriers. A customer service agent from Get Sauce took the complaint and advised me that a refund would be provided for the inconvenience.

That was never done. Zero respect for the customer or care.

Notify the bank of the fraud charge.

This is a fraud charge. I want it resolved and removed from my account ASAP.

You need a customer cancel order button on your website

I have tried OVER and OVER to cancel, but couldn't! Your website has NO CANCEL BUTTON. So over and over I got contacted about this order not being able to get picked up! This was beyond horrible!

And mortifying! Please cancel my order: Y621RNPW.
