- - I was flagged for too many purchase attempts.
- - I cleared it with my bank but I still couldn't purchase; my IP address was blacklisted.
I'm not sure the problem (maybe my online banking wasn't fully activated) but I was flagged for too many purchase attempts. I got through to Pissed Consumer but it didn't really help anything. I was told to clear things with my bank which I did but still was not allowed to attempt purchase again (in fact my I.P address was blacklisted)
