I just filed a complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau. They ripped me off on the shipping!
I did not ask them permission to upgrade on the shipping. I purchased a new Foredom foot peddle that was 63 dollars and change. I wanted them to ship it UPS GROUND since I refuse to use FedEx - they are the worst shipping company on the planet. So I called today to check on my order to make SURE they shipped it UPS GROUND.
She admitted it wasn't shipped yet and they gave me a tracking number that didn't work. The next thing I know, I received an email of the receipt NOT SHOWING THE BREAKDOWN OF ALL THE CHARGES!!!! They are hiding their mistake for not shipping it out sooner by "upgrading" on the shipping. I will dispute this charge on my credit card once it posts.
Stay FAR away from this company and use Rio Grande. They are cheaper and a lot more honest! Gesswein in the Better Business Bureau was rated a B-!!! That's very telling.
They show one complaint "unanswered".
This is not a kosher company anymore. Stay away.
