Had a very bad experiences with Lincoln service we have been purchasing Lincoln's from the same dealership for a very long time. The service department has proven themselves to be very unprofessional and is the sole reason we will no longer be purchasing cars at that dealership.

The best part we leased another vehicle a week prior to this incident where one of their technicians or someone smoked in the loaner vehicle and they decided to blame the customer without doing their homework first. when the customer knows he's right he is not going to allow them to take advantage of the situation. they should check their technicians and see who is smoking what in their loaner vehicles. It's a shame that it had to come to this but when the customer knows he is right he's not going to let someone tarnish his reputation or allow them to blame the customer for something one of their employees did.

in reality they should be treating us with a lot more respect and decency, they should give them classes on that. One of the worst experiences I've ever had servicing a vehicle.

our company will no longer be purchasing vehicles from them and our associates who also purchase cars from them will follow our lead. Good luck with that

I CALLED ON HIS BEHALF BECAUSE HE IS NOT IN GOOD HEALTH , THE SERVICE ADVISOR & MANGER ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE YOU WOULD EVER WANT TO TALK TO [ TOTAL IGNORENT JERKS ] THAT PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF !!!

I KNOW OF WHAT I SAY BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN THE AUTO REPAIR BUSINESS FOR 40 YEARS , OWN MY OWN SHOP FOR 22 YEARS . AND THESE SOB'S SLEEP AT NIGHT AFTER TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE !!!!
