Defective product, HORRIBLE Customer Service
- - Gave a 6-piece LED candle set with timer options.
- - One timer candle doesn't work.
- - Contact the purchaser to return the item.

Was given a 6 piece LED Candle set with timer options as a gift from a friend who resides out of state.
Set up candles on timer, one doesn't work.
Contact Gerson customer service, (if anyone needs#...one, eight hundred , four, four, four- eight one seven two) and spoke to a rep...Thomas.
Examined situation, and he stated..they do not deal with consumer, only retailer.
So, contact whoever bought it and let them return item...have a nice day!..and hung up.
