Defective Halloween product
The product didn't work due to poor quality control in China. They cut corners there with the usual result.
The company doesn't take back defective products or offer repairs. I asked.
I do not recommend that you buy from this company.

Lights not working question
Purchased a lighted battery operated branch form store and it doesn't light??? Not sure why. Bought 2 and one works

Defective product, HORRIBLE Customer Service
GOOD LUCK CONSUMERS!!!
Was given a 6 piece LED Candle set with timer options as a gift from a friend who resides out of state.
Set up candles on timer, one doesn't work.
Contact Gerson customer service, (if anyone needs#...one, eight hundred , four, four, four- eight one seven two) and spoke to a rep...Thomas.
Examined situation, and he stated..they do not deal with consumer, only retailer.
So, contact whoever bought it and let them return item...have a nice day!..and hung up.

Preferred solution: Since noone was able to assist me..or guide me down a path of possible issue other than contact person who gave me gift, so they can return it...now, reissue a new 6 piece LED Candle set...itm./art. 1508366 Replace the 6 piece

Defective Christmas Water Lantern

I am not sure that I have the correct company. I received a beautiful Christmas water lantern as a Christmas gift.
It is not working properly and i wanted to know if I could exchange it for a new one.
