I ordered a matt lipgloss called Sedona and then on the same evening I found another lip gloss called Vegas that I wanted to order in the same order as the sedona to save me the $12 of shipping cost. You never got back to me and then I received the sedona today on its own.
I still want the Vegas matt Finnish lipgloss very badly but don't think I should be penalized shipping costs because you did not answer my email on time. I am prepared to recommend the lip gloss to anyone who asks as I found you from a client of mine and will do the same for you if you waver the shipping.

If you look at this company's Instagram, it is riddled with complaints about their service. It is the same gripe over and over; they take much longer than promised to ship and they seem to be very slow getting back to the people who paid for their products in good faith and are right to question the whereabouts of their orders. It is amazing that they have all the time in the world to post on Instagram, yet they can't be bothered addressing the issues of their actual customers.
This happened to me. I ordered, paid and for weeks there was no package and no response. When I did finally receive an answer, I got the most astonishingly condescending email speaking to me as if I were a child.
Just a tip: however cool and friendly you want your company to appear, please keep in mind that you are still conducting a business transaction and it is in very poor taste to address a customer as "sweetie".
My issue is still no resolved and I am pretty sure I will not be buying from them again.

Never before have I had to write to customer service via email, because they do not have a business phone number on their website. None of my answers have been answered and they are absolute cons. Truly disappointing and I think someone should intervene and shut this business down. Do not purchase from this company!
