Trying to talk with local head guy/girl

Interesting: Geralds counter girl gave me this website to voice my complaint. Interesting: two other shops had differing views about the origin of my noise. Two locations of Geralds had differing views. So, I had my front something changed and no more sound. I went back to the other location and their longtime service people told me I probably didnt need the work done. Well, at over 250, 000 miles something probably needed changing. Anyway, the sound is gone 850. Well spent.
