Activate device
Geotab has to be activated by the company that sold it to you, and whatever rates they choose to charge. I already paid for the service but was not using the device until now. Pain in the butt.

My Geotab drive won't download
- - It spins when selecting a vehicle and returns to the login screen.
- - Trailer won't download unless I skip to login, and I deleted Geotab to reset.
The past three days I log in and it spins when I select a vehicle and resets to the opening format it keeps spinning and it wont download Trailer without skipping to the starting log in , I have been driving in Violation the past three days, and I deleted my Geotab on my phone in a attempt to reset it multiple times
