Georgia Flooring Outlet does not back warranty on Sierra Hardwood Flooring

We purchased 1700 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring from the Georgia Flooring Outlet - $10,000 investment. The floor looked cloudy after the first cleaning, and continues to get worse. Their are scratched, dents, and marring everywhere we have walked. It was sold as a first quality flooring, but is clearly closer to cabin grade. They would not supply us with written care instructions or warranty until we threatened litigation. The 15 year warranty denies responsibility for everything!!! Georgia Flooring Outlet says it is our problem. Do not do business with this company! They do not stand behind the floor they manufacture!

I called and inquired about this issue before purchasing from this company. The company states the customer who had issues used murphy's oil soap on a urethane finish floor, a big no no.

As far as the marrying, they also stated the consumer did not used any floor protectors under furniture.

Its unfortunate the customer has a damaged investment. I would suggest reading a floor care guide before I did anything to such a large investment.
