Unable to reach anyone

I applied for benefits on the 10th of May supposedly the case worker called and my phone was disconnected and they sent the letter out but it didn't get to my mailing address until the 21st of May my appointment was on the 16th I am homeless I cannot contact anybody my case worker has not returned any of my phone calls I've contacted the customer service they sent an email I talked to your supervisor she sent an email and nothing we're going on week two and my benefits have been denied because I cannot get in contact with my caseworker this is absolutely ridiculous...

The customer service Rep Ms. Brown was not in a good mood. She continued cutting me off while trying to explain my concerns. I asked was she having a good day because her voice tone was not at all professional
