Complain about SamSun Fridge / Ice-maker issues

So sorry. I just filed a complaint through the Web site I was given, and forgot to mention the reference number on it, which Pricilla had given me.
Yes.
It was about recurring SamSung Ice-maker issue, which has become a nightmare and a time consuming tedious process for us,
The ice maker keep breaking up.
It is a manufacture warranty, which they have been sending authorized technicians to fix for free and the technicians have told me that the issue would never resolve because of the way they designed this fridge / freezer. But, that they will come and change the part, which makes the ice maker to work for a few months, more or less.
User's recommendation: Do not buy Samsung products, especially their fridge-freezer unit,
