The last manager that was there Quit and they said she took my paperwork with her then they said she shredded it. So they held my checks until I did all the paperwork over which I had to print from my phone and go to a printer
Unmarked sections are because I have no prior knowledge of them. Customer service once I finally was able to reach someone being mrs. Smalls was by far top tere. She was prompt and very helpful.
Have not recieved background results since april 4 2022 no longer can perform my duties at work until these files are completed and returned. Well now that mrs Smalls has got my issue in front of the proper personnel all of a sudden the results are viewable???
Recieved a phone calls stating that they have been availible since may 15 2022. Which I know to be false. Doctoring up dates and telling little lies are not good practices. I understand nobody is perfect we all error at times.
We all must own our mistakes and learn from them. This error cost me a weeks salary which pre tax is $1000. My family depends on those funds as we are a large family and caregivers to my father INLAW whom is very ill and quite costly. With all this being said.
I do thank you call for your time and looking into this matter.
Sigh of relief now I can look after and be there for my community! Thx Joshua Bell...

I have been calling to get an answer about my kids pending case. I have been calling for weeks and haven't gotten a stright answer from any of the agents that answer.
I get the same line from 3 different reps. I' m sorry but your case just got apporved yesterday. Is what i hear from every last one of them on 3 different days of the week and dirrerent weeks. I laugh ad i write this to eho ever but at least just tell the truth.
I have been waiting in limbo for 2 months. This is ridiculous I have children that hurt themselves i have to have coverage. You still have my money but my kids have no coverage. I paid in May.
I just want to know what's going on. If anyone can help me please reach out to me

Im having troubles with this as well. I filed to have my child put on this 3 months ago and nothing has been sent by mail or a call.
It's very aggravating to try and contact a rep. I need some answers
