I have been calling to get an answer about my kids pending case. I have been calling for weeks and haven't gotten a stright answer from any of the agents that answer. I get the same line from 3 different reps. I' m sorry but your case just got apporved yesterday. Is what i hear from every last one of them on 3 different days of the week and dirrerent weeks. I laugh ad i write this to eho ever but at least just tell the truth. I have been waiting in limbo for 2 months. This is ridiculous I have children that hurt themselves i have to have coverage. You still have my money but my kids have no coverage. I paid in May. I just want to know what's going on. If anyone can help me please reach out to me
