Boots still not delivered

How can you sell boots and you don't have them in stock. I don't know Georgia boots. I'm starting to think about not buying boots from you again.

Defective boots

I purchased my boots 8 months ago and unfortunately I didnt keep the sales receipt. My boots started to delaminate at the sole.. tried to contact customer service and they did everything not to help. They said because I didnt have the receipt they had to go off the born on date which was in 2015 and its now 2020 purchased February of 2020. Do you guys not take into account they sit in a warehouse until a dealer needs them for their supply ? What a damn joke will never buy these boots or any product they offer again.

User's recommendation: Buy Danners !

Georgia Boot - Defective boots
Purchased a pair of Georgia Boots from a local authorized dealer in August 2017. Not used very often, (see the photo of sole wear). Recently noticed that the reinforced area at the toe, inside, has developed a hard folded material, such as a plastic liner that is now restricting my toe movement and rubs the top of my foot? So uncomfortable that the boots can't be worn any further. The feeling is like the inside toe is now permanently deformed above the toes, like stalactites growing downward? Georgia Boots only has a 1 year warranty on these for defects. It's been 15 months and they said "sorry.. oh well". I cut one of the boots open to see what was defective and found that the liner was glued to the roof of the boot toe in a folded or rippled fashion, (see photo w/toothpick) and is very stiff, much like thick paper mache. Clearly assembled wrong? But why this is unwearable now is unknown. My opinion and photos of the product speaks for itself and Georgia Boots' warranty and wearlife leaves a lot to be desired for an expensive product like this. Won't by these again. Beware.
