Double Charge Review

Card was charged twice. Once with the correct amount and once with a higher amount. Have waited almost a month for them to refund us and still haven't received anything. They keep telling us they are 'looking into it' and now are saying they 'cannot find the receipt'. We even gave them a copy of our bank statement.we were told we'd get refunded but now are being told otherwise.
